Comfortably furnished apartment Viki is situated in the center of Split, only 200 meters away from the sea. Apartment is dominated by lively, yet warm and relaxing colors of furniture and decorations.

This two-storey apartment with a terrace and a total surface of 120 sq meters is big enough to comfortably accommodate up to six persons. The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the second one with a single bed and a single sofa bed. The upper floor, which is an attic, consists of one double bed and a bathroom with shower cabin.

This area has a partial sea view, however, the terrace on the lower floor, has a view to the Saint Domnius church bell tower, which is the most recognizable symbol of town of Split.

In addition to all available apartment facilities and equipment, helpful host will provide you with a welcome pack on your check in, containing premium homemade olive oil and a bottle of Prosek wine.

A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Security deposit for Ultra (in period from 14.07 to 16.07.2017) is 1000 EUR.
